ABSTRACT

They are rare tumors representing only 0,1% to 0,5% of all breast and chest neoplams. They have numerous diagnostical problems as well as clinical and anatomopathological difficulties. In fact the discordance between a benign mamographic image and clinical manifestations of malignancy should lead to suspicion of breast lymphoma. The histological examination should be completed by an immunohistochemical study that confirms the lymphomatous nature of the lesion. Prognosis is correlated to histological type. We reported a case of a female patient who consulted for a breast tumour and in whom the anatomopathological study confirms the diagnosis of a grand B cell lymphoma. We focus in our study on the clinical aspects of lymphoma and its therapeutic modalities with literateure review

ABSTRACT

Phytase activity was studied in natural sourdough bread starters to determine physicochemical characteristics [phytic acid hydrolysis, dough rising capacity and pH] in the flour and during sourdough fermentation. Fermentation microorganisms [yeasts and lactic acid bacteria] were also characterized. Results showed a decrease of phytic acid in sourdoughs started with traditional starters, and wide variation in phytase activity. Microorganism counts were high at the end of fermentation, indicating higher fermenting activity of the starters. Yeast populations showed wide variation and lactic acid bacteria had high counts in the fermentation. Phytase activity was demonstrated in starter cultures made of lactic acid bacteria and yeast isolates, the most interesting of which were Saccharomyces cerevisiae combined with Lactobacillus plantarum and Leuconostoc mesenteroides

ABSTRACT

Simultaneous presence of intrauterine and ectopic pregnancy in the same patient is called heterotopic pregnancy. Preoperative diagnosis of such case is infrequent. A case is reported in a 22 years old patient in whom the preoperative diagnosis was suspected by ultrasonic examination. Laparotomy confirmed the diagnosis and radical treatment of the ectopic pregnancy. Spontaneous expulsion of intrauterine pregnancy occurred 48 hours in the postoperative period. Anatomopathologic findings confirmed the intrauterine diagnosis. In front of every case of abnormal early pregnancy, we have to think of the possibility of heterotopic pregnancy especially with the highly developed techniques of medically assisted production

ABSTRACT

The heamatocolpos is a retention of menstrual bleeding in the vaginal cavity. The main etiological factor is imperforate hymen. According to the literature data and this observation, this affection is discovered at puberty and could reveal other malformations notably uterine and renal. The diagnosis can be easily confirmed in front of some clinical signs, as amenorrhoea with periodic pelvic pains and the inspection of vulvoperineal area. However normal hymen does not eliminate the diagnosis. The heamato colpos can be top of obstructed hemivagina. The pelvic ultrasonic scan is essential to check up any associated malformation. Delayed diagnosis may give rise to some complications [endometritis, infection] which may interfere with the prognosis of ulterior fertility. The treatment of these malformations is surgical more often through the vaginal approach. The prevention of this affection depends on the early diagnosis of malformation at birth by a careful inspection of vulvoperinial area and its treatment during the prepubertal period

ABSTRACT

Women's chronic pelvic pain is one of the frequently causes in gynaecologic's consultation. It can disclose many genital, digestive, urinary and even rheumatismal affections. It can also constitued the expression for psychologic disorders. It's necessary to carry out a complete investigation with any more celioscopy or laparotomy. If this investigation negative, we can told the psychosomatic pain. The therapeutic diagnosis of pelvic pain is certainly one of the most difficult diagnosis in gynecology. the difficult, the mistakes and the vexations are frequently

ABSTRACT

The post menopausal metrorrhagia is a frequent syndrome. The diagnosis must suspect a cancer until the contrary is proved. As the interview and the clinical examination of the patient is often difficult, we need some complementary examinations in order to pr‚cis the real origin of the bleeding. Is it a benign lesion or a malignant one
